Toxic Chemical in Cosmetics?!

If you haven't heard already some major cosmetic companies such as P&G and L'Oreal have been found to have toxic chemicals in their products! You can see the ABC News article in it's entirety HERE. 
I have to say this is shocking!  Apparently these chemicals cause birth defects and many more health issues! I'm a Mary Kay beauty consultant and am very upfront about our products and ingredients- I offer Product Fact sheets with ingredients upon request and although we are not an organic-based company, we DO NOT test on animals and am 100% certain that the company cares about its customers...even down to the last ingredient! One reason I sell Mary Kay is because of the company's true commitment to it's customers and employees.
